Your satisfaction with your purchase is guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your product, we welcome you to return it to us for a full refund, including your initial shipping charges, with no questions asked.
Although it is extremely rare, if you receive a damaged or defective product, it is very important that you please contact us as your first step in the refund and/or exchange process. Returning the item directly to the manufacturer will greatly complicate and lengthen the process. We will, of course, replace any damaged or defective product at absolutely no additional cost to you.
